Enrichment Activities and Educational Field Trips for Kids
On the days when we are not on field trips during the S.T.E.A.M. Saturdays program, students will engage in a variety of exciting office-based activities designed to inspire creativity and learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.).
Office-Based Activities Include:
1. Science Experiments
Hands-on experiments that allow students to explore scientific concepts, such as chemistry reactions, physics principles, and environmental science.
2. Engineering Challenges
Team-based projects where students design and build structures using everyday materials. This fosters problem-solving skills and encourages innovative thinking.
3. Art Projects
Creative arts and crafts sessions that emphasize the connection between art and science, including mixed media creations, painting, and digital art exploration.
4. Technology Workshops
Introduction to coding and robotics, where students can learn the basics of programming and engage in fun challenges using kid-friendly software and robotic kits.
5. Mathematics Games
Interactive math activities and puzzles that make learning fun and help reinforce concepts through games, group competitions, and problem-solving exercises.
6. Creative Writing
Workshops that encourage students to express their thoughts and ideas through stories, poems, and creative narratives, combining literacy with imaginative thinking.
7. Discussions and Team Building
Activities that promote teamwork and collaboration, helping students develop essential social and communication skills.

Age Group: 5-17
Registration Fee: $25.00 per child.
One-time transportation fee of $50. Lake County clients only. Must be a client of Epiphany to have free enrichment opportunities or perks. If not a client, a fee for trips will apply.
